served over a bed of spätzle plus your choice of one other side.
Rueben Bratwurst Platter
Two brats stuffed with corned beef and Swiss cheese charbroiled over live coals and served on a
bed of our house sauerkraut. Includes one side.
Chicken Cordon Blu
Two tender chicken breasts coated with flour, beaten eggs, and our homemade breadcrumbs, Fried until golden brown and topped with Swiss cheese and ham. Served with a side of brown sauce and a lemon wedge. Includes your choice of two side dishes.
